Custom Options

For some applications you may need to alter one of our standard caps. We can punch, drill, cut or slit our caps to suit your needs. Colour changes can be made or additives can be used to achieve certain characteristics e.g. UV Stabilization, Fire Retardance. Contact our sales staff for details.

Vacuum Forming and Dip Moulding options

Kelvindale's designed and built vacuum forming plant can produce quality mouldings up to 750mm in diameter in both ABS and LDPE sheet. Call our staff for quotes and further information on these processes. Kelvindale specialises in custom made dip moulding caps/tips. We can make the moulds in house to meet your needs.
